Meeting Minutes
March 18, 2014

Present:
Chairman Paul Challenger, David White, Gary Kaczmarek, Erik Githmark, Margaret Watson, Jacquie Kelly, Darryll McCall

Chris Lucchesi
No one from the public was in attendance.
The Committee discussed holding a Ground-Breaking Ceremony in June.
Mr. Senecal reported that the 100% Construction Documents will be submitted to the MSBA on March 19, 2014.
Motion by Dave White, seconded by Margaret Watson, it was UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO APPROVE AND SUBIT THE 100% CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS TO THE MSBA AS PRESENTED.
Mr. Kaczmarek said he will host a Pre-Bid Meeting for General Contractors and Sub Contractors at Mountview School on March 25, 2014 at 3:30PM. The Sub-Contractor Bid Opening will be held on April 10th at 2:30PM at Town Hall. The General Contractor Bid Opening will be held on April 24th at 2:30 at Town Hall.
The Committee signed invoices.
Motion by Dave White, seconded by Chris Lucchesi, it was VOTED 6-1 WITH 1 ABSTAINED TO APPROVE THE FEBRUARY 11, 2014 MEETING MINUTES AS PRESENTED. (ABSTAINED: KELLY.)
The next meeting will be held on April 15, 2014 at the Light Department.
Motion by David White, seconded by Erik Githmark, it was UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO ADJOURN THE APRIL 15, 2014 MEETING AT 7:30PM.
